Bill Crist  -  V.P. of Estimating

Bill has over forty (40) years experience in the security and electrical
contracting business. He has been estimating and pricing security/electrical
construction projects in the San Francisco Bay area since 1962 and has
extensive knowledge of computerized estimating programs including the state
of the art "Accubid system". He has successfully produced fixed cost
estimates and provided conceptual budget estimates for projects not fully
engineered for many varied types of security/electrical  projects valued up
to 15 million dollars. Additionally he has the ability to evaluate change
order work for both contractors and clients alike for which we would be
providing our project management services. Finally, Bill has extensive
procurement skills and the knowledge to expedite and track crucial / time
sensitive materials.

David Fazio  - V.P. of Business Development

David has been associated with the security / electrical construction industry
for over twenty-five (25) years. His responsibilities varied from field general
foreman to accounts management. Recently he has been responsible for a
diverse client and contractor base associated with the Transamerica Pyramid
including, but not limited to, the Transamerica Corporation, Banc of America
Securities, Jones Lang-LaSalle Management Company and Cushman & Wakefield
Property Management Company.  Additionally he has been responsible for
project scheduling and personnel management for the above listed client base
as well as Thomas Weisel Partners and numerous others. David's strong points
are his communication and management skills both with the client and the
field personnel. In conclusion he has demonstrated the ability to complete
projects to the customers complete satisfaction.

Jim Brown  -  V.P. of Operations
Jim brings over twenty (20) years of experience in the electrical construction
industry to our firm. Having successfully completed the IBEW apprenticeship
program, his duties ranged from journeyman to general foreman on several
multimillion dollar projects. Shifting to the management side in 1992, he quickly
rose through the ranks to Executive Vice President for a 70 million dollar San Francisco
electrical contractor.  His wide ranging base of knowledge allows him to work with
clients, suppliers and field personnel to bring projects to completion and to
satisfy all involved. He has the tools and foresight to head off potential problems
and resolve issues with unique array of options that only experience allows.
